What’s an online cookbook?
An online cookbook is just like a regular cookbook, with the added convenience of being able to read and share recipes electronically using your smart phone or computer. When you create yours in Canva, you have many options for editing, customizing, and downloading different file format all from a single Canva template.

At the Done for You Content Club, we gather recipes collections for you to whip up into tasty new content creations – like recipe cards, cooking tip tear sheets, online cookbooks and more. We’ve already created the recipe content for you. All you have to do is edit, download, and set up for sale or giveaway on your site.
How to set up a cookbook or recipe content for sale or giveaway
Access your Canva template – the link will be clickable from inside your DFYCC member area. Open the file using Canva (it’s free to sign up if you don’t already have a member account there). Here’s what to do next:
- Edit the Canva template if desired (at the very least, add your branding ie company name and URL)
- Download the PDF by clicking SHARE in the top right corner of Canva, and choosing PDF Standard.
- Save the file to your device, then upload the PDF to your server (for example, if your site was built in WordPress, just log in and upload to the Media area)
- Copy the link to the PDF file.
- Set up a free download your current email manager, ie AWeber or Mail Chimp, or a paid product in PayPal.
- Create a thank-you page on your site. Type in a message of thanks for ordering. Paste in the link to the pdf.
- Copy and paste the link to the thank-you page into the REDIRECT LINK area of your product button details, ie on PayPal under BUTTONS.
- Market/promote your product to your email list, social media followers, video channel subscribers, and blog readers.
- Announce the product or free download, and then share the link to order or sign up.
